Spanish "planta baja" is Finnish first floor, "primera planta" (1st) Finnish 2nd floor etc.
No smoking in the apartment and public areas.
Pets are not allowed.
The rent is payable every month on the 1st or 16th day of the month. 1 month.
Rent 1300€/month incl. water and electricity up to 50€ and Wifi.
