The space features one bedroom with a 150 cm double bed. The living area includes an extendable sofa (not intended for use as a sofa bed). The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave. For everyday convenience, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and vacuum cleaner are available. The entrance area includes a practical shoe rack and coat rack.
There is also the possibility to rent a parking space. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as wireless internet (WiFi).

Although the apartment is located on the third floor, the sounds of the road can be heard in the apartment quite well.
The textiles in the pictures may vary.
If you want additional furniture/kitchen utensils, you have to pay for them yourself.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony and in common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Rent is paid on the 1st or 16th of every month. min. 1 month
Rent €1200 including water and electricity up to €50 and Wifi. The price does not include the parking space
