If you want additional furniture/kitchen utensils, these must be paid for by yourself.
In Spain, “planta baja” corresponds to the Finnish first floor, “primera planta” (1st) to the Finnish second floor, etc.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Rent is paid on the 1st or 16th of each month, minimum rental period 1 month.
Rent 1150€, including water and electricity up to 50€ and Wifi.
Rent is paid to the owner's bank account.
