The dining area includes a table for four, and the living room has two smart TVs for entertainment and relaxation.
The building has an elevator that stops at half-floors, so access requires walking a few steps. For this reason, the space is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Rent is paid on the 1st or 16th of each month, minimum rental period 1 month.
Rent €1150, including water and electricity up to €50 and Wifi.
Rent is paid to the owner's bank account.
